Jetfins provides software tools and algorithmic execution modules (including Neural Arbitrage, Grid Bots, and Staking Compounding Vaults). Automated execution occurs mathematically based on orderbook data feeds. Users acknowledge that cryptocurrency markets are inherently volatile and past performance or historical backtests do not guarantee future profits.
Users are strictly responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and enabling Two-Factor Authentication (2FA). Jetfins is not liable for losses resulting from compromised user devices, phishing attacks, or shared credentials.
We process personal data strictly in accordance with international data protection frameworks (including GDPR). Data collected for identity verification is stored in encrypted format and is never monetized or sold to third parties.
Users agree not to use the platform for market manipulation, wash trading, terrorist financing, money laundering, or illegal transaction mixers. Any suspicious activity will trigger immediate account suspension and reporting to appropriate supervisory authorities.
